Well there it is the end of November, and if you haven't already been bombarded by Christmas decorations and carols you will be now!

School get's so crazy at this time of year but it is lots of fun. I have to say the nativity is getting a little out of hand.... Aliens! Aliens!!?? I know we need more parts but maybe just add a few more cattle. Do Aliens really need to visit the baby Jesus? Oh well at least the kids look all cute and green.

It's Christmas!!

I am a huge fan of TED. I listen to them whenever I have to do something I don't like (cleaning, running, etc.), it makes the time pass quickly. As a teacher I love to hear about developments in education and learning so here is my list of the best TED talks for teachers.




I love this woman for her passion, I wish more heads were like this.




This is entertaining, I'm not sure I 100% agree but still worth a watch


This is definitely my favourite. I want all the kids in my class to have real GRIT!

I can not recommend TED talks enough they just make you think and they are lovely and short, which is great when you are just too busy to watch a whole lecture on a subject.

I had my first Zumba class! It nearly killed me! it was fun but I really struggled, my friend who goes a lot told me it gets easier.... I'm not sure I believe her.


I would just like to point out I look like none of these people Zumba-ing.


I have started to create and upload Christmas Products! I know it's a bit early but better to get a jump on these things!

I gave an interview with TES and the video is now on the TES blog! So that is very exciting! Except I look a bit over excited and I sound like a chipmunk but... Oh well can't have everything!

And lastly a sad note, following the tragic events in Paris last week my thoughts have been with those affected by terror attacks.

Just like many, many others all over the world; I am shocked and really saddened by the events in France on Friday.

When I started writing this post I wrote about how I was disgusted by some of the responses and calls to action I have read online. I wanted to rant about how some people are so short sighted they think hating all Muslims is the answer or expressing political views, when they have no real education on the subject. I wanted to point out some disgusting people who think it is fine to make sick jokes already. I wanted to add my voice to the thousands out there and ask for some sanity in the chaos.

But I know that isn't what I really want to say, so I deleted my overly long winded post and changed it simply to this:

I am sorry for all those hurt by the attack in Paris. I am sad for you all, find strength where you can.

I have recently started to expand my online products into clip art. I say 'I' but these are NOT my drawings my drawings look like this:





A friend of mine who is amazingly talented has started to draw my clipart for me and I am selling it in my store. Please hope over and have a look on TPT.

I've been thinking about creating a bundle for a while, I have quite a few science products and I have been thinking how to bundle these together and sell them for a discount.

After reading quite a bit about how other sellers have done this I organised the files and uploaded it!

It was actually really easy I just adapted the current products a bit zipped them up and off we go.... Yay!
